argh..quick post.. juz came back from work n had my shower.. saw miss universe on tv..stopped to watch =_='' OMT can..there's 2 test/quiz tmr n they chose this time to show my fav programs TT_TT i love watching catwalks..hahaa.. abnormal? yea...i guess so XD i love watching certain programs/dramas..hahaa like there's such a BIG range..what does my 'certain' mean????? LOL..wait till next time~ X)
muscle cramp juz now when i was slacking at work.. haha...went onto the track mill to do some exercise.. can that actually be called slacking?LOL.. got quite an amt of energy output leh =P REAL FACE is a good song for tracking..hahaa.. great rhythm..like DUH..it has a record sales of like a MILLION?!

and so..hahaaa...how the hell did my post ran from a running track to KAT-TUN?! hahaaa..yea...anyway..didnt run for quite sometime alr.. thus..muscle cramp..LOL so predicted..but i still ran without stretching..as per normal =X in the end..ran like 1km plus..cant tahan the numbness[or should i say pain =X] alr.. partially cos i ran it within 10mins..who's unstretched n untrained mucles wouldnt suffer?! i could feel e blood flow stop at the muscle that was cramp-ing =S like so cool...cooling..like ice...shit...die....... started to run-hop..like WHERE'S THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON?! yea..FYI..there's an emergency stop button on a running track.. in case u guys havnt be working out since BC =X
yea...got off n did some stretching.. n i found out that it helps..hahaa.. cos i nv knew it'll help much..so i juz tested it out.. since i wanted to do LOTS of stretching also.. from leg to back n arms.. hahaa..shall start stretching before i go to sleep nowadays again.. had a habit of doing so..stopped like 1 or 2 mths ago..hahaa.. sends me to slp faster..coz...maybe...... relaxed muscles = smooth blood circulation = peace = ZZZ ??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAAHAAAAAA
i got advise from this 2 da ge's from my workplace.. feel bad if i call them uncle..HAHAA.. both told me the same thing.. don hate what u're doing now..or the teachers that teach u whichever subject.. when u hate something..u'll never be able to do good in it cos u alr hav a mindset of negativity.. everything would really be over by then..say u love it...u love the teachers..u love~love n love~ lol..it's totally what everyone tells me..n i still don listen n don believe.. like..HOW?..how can u say u like something when u know it inside that u're cheating urself.. u're trying to change a fact..n u know it....i'm so..what's the word...
