OHYEA! when i ran ytd, i got a cramp in my left leg muscle again =_=
the same place as last time..not the calf..i forgot to find out what that part's called..
it makes me limp a lil when running..

had to get off the treadmill n do some stretching before going back up to run..
but it's still sore afterall..i was in partial pain till today when my calf gets affected..lol
is cramp the same as muscle getting tensed up?
hmmm..i wonder..cos i did a lot of skippin n running ytd..
n i can feel my calf muscles getting worked..
everytime i feel them getting a lil sore but not up till the point that its at its limit,
i do some stretching again n get back to working out.. =X
is that torture or what =X hahaa..but it's effective anyway..
must motivate yourself to exercise..i wanna try boxercise one day =P
or any defense classes [actually u should replace defense with violent =D hahaa..defense i much more of an excuse =X oppz.. =X now u know..lol]
