time to share the things i've gathered from forums here n there;)

''..as for hero. i doubt his parents spoiled him. i mean, if they did he wouldn't need to result to running away from home. and i can totally picture his 8 sisters bullying him, poking fun at him, and telling him to do things. ahaha.

here's the sweet/sad story of hero that i said i was gonna share like.. ages ago.

through the perspective of a korean fan who experienced it herself...

2005 september 6, JaeJoong was injured during a rehearsal dancing of rising sun.
I remember at that time the Cassiopeia members were very united, they requested to SM entertainment change TVfXQ's hit song, saying that whatever they do, they should put the members' health as the first priority. But what really touched me was the FANMEETING at on the 10th of September, when they reported JaeJoong's operation had been succesful.

After resting for about 10 days, JaeJoong was back to his work as usual. But despite the tough front he put up, it still made us fans sad to see him struggling with the pain. We would rather he didn't perform. Still, he's so strong for insisting on performing despite the pain.

We sometimes saw him having difficulty in walking, and even needing the staff to help him to walk. If you were in Korea, and you had seen him being aided by staff memebers, and at times, leaning on a telephone taking in deep breaths,
you would have cried. Still, he smiled at everyone. Jaejoong's really serious about his job.

After some activities ended, due to his heavy perspiration, his makeup was spoilt.

Max cried, saying Jaejoong is really a MAN, Jaejoong rubbed off Max's tears, jokingly say, "am i real heavy, is it a burden to you?"

The other members tried their best to take care of him, U-know helped to carry him the most. Once, Max accidentally let go of JaeJoong causing him to lose his balance and fall. Max's eyes turned red because of this but Yunho patted his back in consolation, telling him to go up into the car first. He then helped JaeJoong get into the car. The TVfXQ is really very united, I'm very envious of their friendship.

During his injury period, even though he perspired alot and was so pale because of the pain he was in, he never said anything about it. And whenever fans give him things for good health, he always smiles and thank them.

On September 25, Jaejoong was to go for an interview in a hotel. Since my school is near the hotel, I went there in the company of some friends.

At that time, he was really very pale because he didn't put on any makeup.
When we went in, he was resting on the grass, while the staff were all busy with the interview preparations. There were around 30 fans, and they were all shouting JaeJoong's name. After hearing them, he waved to them and even did a V sign.

The staff prevented us from taking pictures of TVfXQ because they were not wearing any makeup at that time.
I was feeling very sad for JaeJoong because he was injured and still needed to join all these events - even his resting time is very limited.

When they were going into the hotel, Yunho was holding JaeJoong's arm, helping him to walk. A japanese fan asked Yunho to sign an autograph at that time. And
after thinking a moment, Yunho paused and signed it.

As i brought my camera along, i asked Junsu if i could have a photograph with him and he agreed. After this, we were allowed into the hotel too for some reason.

Three of the members were putting on makeup when we entered. Jaejoong was sitting on a sofa, and when he saw the six of us, he acknowledged us. I went up front to talk to him.

He asked me how old I am, and i told him. I also told him my school is just nearby. He then asked me why I wasn't in school.... and i answered the afternoon is self-revision time.

He smiled and I requested a picture with him but he declined. He said his image now is not suitable for taking photos. But he said he will remember me,
and promised to take a photo with me next time.

I was feeling a bit guilty and embarrassed for asking him for a picture after that, because I should have known he was not feeling well. But I think he knew what I was thinking, so he said to me " After I recover, i want to take photos with you guys".

After that, we stayed around for awhile longer before we finally left. As we were leaving, my friends were very excited that we had gotten photographs with Junsu
and even autographs. But I was feeling very upset: DBSK have enough to worry about, why did I have to add on to it?

But JaeJoong's seriousness in his job really amazes me - I respect him for it. DBSK are only around 18-20 years old, but they are already so matured.
When JaeJoong sees fans crying for him, he says, ' I'm not in pain, I won't lie to you guys!' but during a cold day, his forehead was sweating.

There are so many things about DBSK for me to talk about. And sometimes, people might misunderstand DBSK or JaeJoong for some reason, but when you think hard, you will realise JaeJoong is very caring. So unless you see it with your own eyes, please don't believe any bad rumours about them.

In february 2006, I videocamed me and JaeJoong. I was amazed he still remembered me, and he even called me 'skipped school little girl' and warned me to study hard. When I was taking photos, he even asked me if he was good-looking on camera, and reminded me to take good-looking photos of him; He is really humorous sometimes.''

TRANSLATION OF RADIO INTERVIEW

POSTER'S NOTE: Early this year, on 2006 January 10, Hero, Xiah and Max
appeared on a radio program .
It was radio, but Korean radio shows supply <보이는 라디오> service,
(A camera shoots the people inside the studio and it is released on the website once a week.)

When the show was almost over,
the MC asked Xiah, Hero, and Max to talk something to each other,
and then, Xiah started talk about Hero's leg injury.

Hero never told about his hardship to fans,
but this was the one and only time he publicly expressed his feeling about the leg injury.
Take a notice...Hero keeps smiling even when he talks about the hardship that was so heart-breaking.

MC: Let's talk to each other something deep in your mind.
Xiah, you first.

Xiah: Shall I say now?
First…I have felt so pitiful…to Hero, I want to say…
In 2005, we did our best to prepare for the second album, with expectation for the album.
Even under very busy schedule, in limited time, we recorded all the songs in the second album in one month.
We chose Risingsun as the title song, and we practiced and memorized all the dances.

And it was a time that we showed our dance to high positioned people in our company.
We were dancing, and suddenly, Hero could not get up.
We were dancing in front of mirror, suddenly Hero was not seen on the mirror;
only four of us were there.
When we looked back, he sat down on a mat, touching his leg with his hands.

But we had to show our dance to (sm,their company's) people,
so we just kept dancing.
At the end of the song, there was a choreography that needed 5 members all to look good, and when we started that part, suddenly Hero got up and ran to us to complete the dance.

After the dance ended, he sat down on the floor again.
We asked him what was the matter, he said, he could not stretch his leg,
we could not guess how serious it was, so he went to hospital.
Next day, we got a call that Hero cannot dance at least for 4~6 months.
It was just two days before the expected come-back day on SBS show.
We were indescribably surprised,and Hero felt so sorry to other members and he heavily blamed himself.
He worried it was because of him.....

but we realized that we were "one body";
if Hero is sick, it is as if TVXQ’s leg is sick, and if Max is sick, that means TVXQ’s arm is sick. we realized that, as a team, all members' health was important.

I felt so sorry...Even when Hero came together near stage, he had to stand aside ,just looking at us dancing.
How was his mind...
I dare not say I can understand his mind, but I can guess how hard he must have felt.
Monitoring our stages, he always praised, only said good things to us,
“You were great on the stage!”
That made other members feel more sorry for him.
I hope, in 2006, I hope he will soon recover, and no one would be sick and everyone will be healthy.

they're indeed great brothers n friends to each other..thinking n looking out for each other..i think this really is jaejoong's characteristic..thou it may seem stubborn cos when in pain he'll juz lie n say no n he even continued with the dance but i guess that's how it is..esp when you're in a group u don wanna disappoint anyone n wanna give it your best shot..i think it's really *thumbs up* all the way jaejoong! all the way dbsk!! let good music live on!!! ;))))
