did i mention i'm totally awesome? i can write down the date of today on a piece of paper.. n then within 5mins, thilini ask me, ''what's today's date?'' me '' ... ... im not sure..let me check my hp...hmmm 9th oct'' thilini ''ok'' then i flip my papers, ''OH! i knew what the date was! i think i juz wrote it down juz now =X but when u asked me, i.....haa-haa x_x'' thilini '' ... ... ... hahaa........''
anyway.. keep messing up experiments last wk.. died down this wk alr.. haha..broke one test tube totally by accident.. it fell thru a hole in the test tube rack =_= wth la.. add wrong amount of smt into smt..cant rmb alr..had to redo.. then DI water kanna poisoned by smt also..screwed my reagent n i only found out when i ended the experiment, =_= experiment results wasted! vortex spd nv adjust, my liquid vortex-ed out of my test tube..wtf! n like stated abv, attempted to centrifudge without putting the lid on inside the machine WHAT A GREAT WEEK
n guess what. this wk, i saw wallace again! after a month...................... he juz came back from new zealand.. he got thilini n kirby FUDGE! =( none for us?? =( haha..nvm kirby cant eat all by himself, too sweet, he called us OUT of the lab n fed us quickly..LOL! cos we all wearing gloves/in the middle of experiments/IN THE LAB! hahahhaha..that explains why we need to be called OUT
wahhh damn was that fudge sweet or SWEEEEET! i was like giving a sour/bitter face cos of the sweetness.. it fills u ENTIRELY with sweetness i swear! it's the kind like if someone acts to sweet n mushy to u, u get goosebumps that kinda SWEET =X the guys were like laughing =_= tt bloody china guy..tim..n jimson? LOL dont laugh! i think kirby n wallace saw me too =X but yea thilini agreed that it was really sweet.. HAHAA..
OT-ed like 2days this wk.. cos the whole day had to complete ONE whole experiment from start to end to test on concentration on attached cellulase n whateverness x_x so 2days......sigh....... reached home like 8.30, 9.. n i was practically half aslp alr.. slpt on the floor on the first day.. then got dug up by my mum to go shower, eat smt, n slp...... 2nd consecutive day, automatically aimed for the shower, then went to slp alr.. x_x
ytd, i wanted to slp early... then rmb got sypnosis to hand up today..LOL ended up turning on my lappy on the bed, type halfway, doze off..then woke up for a bit.. then doze again.. then finally decided to get AWAKE! n quickly finish up so i can slp LOL..if only i have such motivation that can last HOURS instd of juz mins.. HAHAHHAHA.. i tell u., i'll be a genius alr ;D aka NERD! FREAK! HAHAA!
sigh..there's more to come next wk my schedule of experiments are out.. filled to the brim.. i'll be doing ONE experiment... wallace wanna see RESULTS! on TWO different functional groups.. on THREE parameters each.. fun? u think? if the parameters were: 4 diff amt of TIME- 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h attachment time[like incubate] 5diff CONC- of the cellulase used per 6/12/24/48h attachment=_=lll n last but not least, 3diff RATIO of particles n cellulase per 6/12/24/48h attachment period x_x whoooooooooooo~ pop a bottle of champagne for me!! n guess what, that's not all! i need THREE sets of results each experiment, each functional group, on EACH parameter! so that we can get a average n see if the trend is steady +_+GREAT! FANTASTIC! let me do the math for u.. total of how many experiments?? = 96! we calculated at least 96! if wallace DOES NOT give us anymore parameters to work with.. n guess what.. the 96 experiments are COPY N PASTE PROTOCOL! incubate, Bradford cellulase test ard 45mins-1hour , make sample blank half hour plus, DNS test 2.5h at least..RARR.. it seems fast, like 1h+1/2h+2.5h..like 4h will end alr.. but wah the equipmentsssss T_T like waterbath..must wait half an hour for it to warm up.. then need to use boiling water for sample prep..boil half an hour then can use.. n need boiling water for DNS sample..boil half an hour also =_= knsss.. thou one gd fact is that i'll be so practiced with the whole project experiments..LOL
best thing is.. if run out of buffer, one freaking bottle of buffer takes ONE PLUS freaking hour to prepare!! that day..we used 2hours to prepare buffer.. ended up i left only like 7+ =_=
then in the middle, wanna use pipette..have to wait for ppl to use finish if they're using for their experiment also..need weighing scale, also wait.. here wait there wait, one experiment can take up half a day alr luh =_= then the remaining day confirm have smt for u to do..
like today.. everyone wanted for me n thilini to finish our experiment.. then we started on hse keeping.. which i much more enjoyed.. =X sharks.. experiment 8+ to 3.. 3-6 hsekeeping =_= damn is our lab crappy the amt of rubbish n dirt..PHEW! whole lab had a gd workout today.. 4staff, 10 students...one NANO lab.. lol..n NANO...what size? SMALL LA! haha..common teaching lab size.. need so many ppl to clean up.. n best of all.. it's not even at it's polished stage! only clear things, wipe surfaces, move some equipments.. end of the day, less dirt n rubbish..but still. CLUTTERED! gosh.. they told us, we'll do smt, somehow, later =_= n that would be when the 5 other students leave.... NUOOOOOO.. sucks man. LOL.they dont know i took a quick snap..LOL kirby half squat with blue gloves..jimson with that cute ass facing the cam LOL!! no wonder no one knew i took a pic of them..HAHAH n yes, they're both standing on the table ;D
guess what everytime i leave sch late, the water sprinklers send me off =_= in case u wonder who waters the plants in front of the GO, the SPRINKLERS does! didnt notice them till they attempted to spray at me =_= when i walk[havnt turn on mp3 yet] i hear pissttttt pissssssstttttttt that kinda sound getting louder n more intense then u see beside me, as i walk, the sprinklers are turned on one by one.. wa seh~ drama sia~ *-* ahahhahahhaa~!!!
